Uri Litvak is an attorney and strategic advisor with 20 years of experience in the areas of M&A, corporate law, securities, corporate finance, and complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He was formerly with the law firm of Skadden Arps in New York (, which is consistently ranked as one of the top law firms in the United States for M&A, Securities and Corporate Finance. He has also served as corporate counsel for both multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies, such as Cendant and AIG, as well as small entrepreneurial start ups. He is an honors graduate of U Miami and NYU. Uri prides himself on providing big firm expertise at a cost that’s manageable for the firm’s clients.
