Uri Litvak

Uri Litvak is an attorney and strategic advisor with 27 years of experience in the areas of M&A, corporate law, securities, corporate finance, and complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.  He was formerly with the law firm of Skadden Arps in New York (www.Skadden.com), which is consistently ranked as one of the top law firms in the United States for M&A, Securities and Corporate Finance.  He has also served as corporate counsel for both multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies, such as Cendant and AIG, as well as small entrepreneurial start ups.  He is an honors graduate of U Miami and NYU.  Uri prides himself on providing big firm expertise at a cost that’s manageable for the firm’s clients.  He enjoys being an instrumental part of the strategic process while fiercely protecting his clients’ interests.

Tom N. Yacko

Tom has been practicing as a civil litigation attorney since 2016, developing expertise in the field of complex commercial and business litigation, while gaining experience in trials, depositions, and all forms of discovery and motion practice.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Finance from the University of San Diego in 2008. Upon graduation, he served in the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan from 2009-2011, where he organized and provided training to hundreds of local English teachers on modern English teaching techniques, taught English to children ranging in age from 6 to 18, and planned and executed various community development projects. During his time in the Peace Corps, Mr. Yacko formed Kazakhstan’s first ever baseball league, became fluent in Russian and was recognized as an exemplary Peace Corps member. He then attended law school at Chapman University School of Law, clerking for a Federal Bankruptcy Judge, the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, for two years. In 2015, he graduated near the top of his class and began working at a Civil Litigation firm based in Orange County, California.

He is currently a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.

When he is not working, Mr. Yacko enjoys playing golf, fishing, and generally anything outdoors, and spending quality time with his family and loved ones.

Jane Chen

Jane is a corporate attorney who counsels private and public companies through complex transactions and advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and securities issues. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public and private financings and securities law matters. Jane is experienced in supporting clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, health care, technology, and energy & sustainability.
Prior to joining LLG, Jane worked as an associate at Sheppard Mullin, handling corporate and securities transactions and prior to that at Mintz Levin.Before practicing law, Jane worked as a trader for a New York–based hedge fund, where she managed and traded equity portfolios of companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ. Jane’s finance background allows her to uniquely understand clients’ business needs and to navigate and manage risk for her clients.Jane has served as a legal extern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and as a policy intern in the United States Treasury Department. She also served as a judicial intern with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and clerked for the 24th Judicial District Court in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, as well as for a Washington, DC–based boutique law firm.In law school, Jane co-wrote a petition for certiorari submitted to the United States Supreme Court while participating in the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Program. She was active in the school’s Corporate and Business Law Society and Asian American Law Students Association.Jane is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, with honors and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Contract Drafting.  She is also a graduate of Duke University where she earned her BA degree and is fluent in Mandarin. Jane is admitted in New York and California.

S. MARTIN KELETI

Mr. Keleti is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law. He has practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts at all levels. He has advised clients before suit and represented them before administrative agencies, in arbitrations and mediations, and in trial courts, intermediate appellate courts, and courts of last resort, including the United States Supreme Court. He has participated in several precedent-setting cases. He has also served as an expert witness and adjunct professor of law. His cases have included disputes involving such diverse fields as intellectual property, entertainment law, real estate, civil rights, probate, and personal injury, among others. He looks for practical and innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Kyle W. Richardson, J.D.

Kyle is a graduate of Chapman University School of Law.

Marianne Litvak, MFA – CFO

Marianne oversees all financial matters including billing, AP and AR at Litvak Law Group and is actively engaged with new business development.  Marianne worked in the Executive Office of Goldman Sachs in New York City for 9 years.  She is a graduate of Fairfield University where she received a BA degree and earned her MA in art history from Queens College in NY.  Marianne has lectured at the Guggenheim in Las Vegas and continues to enjoy art pursuits.
